Graduated UC San Diego with a degree in Cognitive Science, specializing in Human Computer Interaction (HCI).- Runner for over 15 years, completed over 100 marathons and half marathons (including Taipei, New York, Chicago, and Nashville!).
- Been working professionally in the SEO industry for over 12 years (won 4th place in an SEO ranking contest).
- Experience working with Fortune 500/Global 1000 companies in B2B and B2C space (Wells Fargo, BlackBerry, Samsung, IBM, State Farm, etc.).
- Industries include: consumer electronics, health & fitness, high-tech, manufacturing, and financial services
I’ve worked at digital marketing agencies of various sizes with clients that ranged from small local companies to global enterprise level corporations. My background in HCI has taught me to use data (through user testing and interviews) to develop design changes based on user feedback. I have an interest in usability, user experience, and how it relates to website design and optimization. I also strive to grow personally and professionally through education (current MBA student), networking (Meetup) and public speaking (Toastmasters).
